Cybake has announced a full integration with Dill labeling software, uniting production and labeling data into a single, connected system.
Based in Swansea, UK, Dill is a food labeling platform that helps businesses create and print compliant labels featuring ingredients, allergens, and expiration dates. York-based Cybake is a leading provider of bakery Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, with a rapidly growing user base across North America, Australia, and Asia.
Through this integration, product, recipe, allergen, and nutrition data from Cybake flows directly into Dill. This ensures that labels are always based on the latest information, with a single source of truth, eliminating the need for staff to re-enter data or manually transfer details. The result is improved accuracy, significant time savings, and consistency across all product lines.
The integration also helps bakeries comply with strict regulations. In the UK, it supports compliance with "Natasha's Law," which mandates clear ingredient and allergen labeling. This requirement is quickly expanding; for example, new regulations in New York State will require food businesses to clearly label allergens on food prepared and packaged on-site starting in November 2026. The Cybake-Dill integration is designed to help bakeries stay ahead of these regulatory changes without increasing their workload.
Roger's Bakery, an award-winning artisan wholesaler based in West Yorkshire, was among the first to test the new integration.
"I chose Dill because I needed a seamless connection between my manufacturing software and my labeling software," said owner Roger Haycock. "I wanted a system that updated automatically whenever I changed a recipe or an ingredient while meeting all current labeling guidelines. Now, my staff can quickly print and reprint labels directly from a tablet without any interruptions, making the entire process much more efficient."

Ali Lyons, CEO of Cybake, noted: "This integration removes the need to manage labeling as a separate task from production. It allows our customers to maintain accuracy and stay current without adding extra steps to their workflow."
Alex Coldea, CEO of Dill, added: "This integration eliminates the biggest headache in labeling: data entry. Recipe changes in Cybake reflect instantly in Dill with zero manual input, leading to faster production and labeling operations. Every label is fully compliant and traceable, including expiration dates, regulated font sizes, and automatic allergen bolding using Cybake data. With new regulations hitting New York this year, bakeries in both the US and UK now have a unified system to stay ahead of the curve."
Overall, the integration provides a streamlined way for bakeries to make labeling faster, more accurate, and easier to manage as a standard part of their daily operations.
