Ingredients, allergen and nutrition labels at production speed, plus the case, pallet and shipping labels that follow them out the door. Plug a 4 or 6 inch industrial printer into your network, calibrate it once, then print from the Dill app on any iPhone, iPad or Android device, handhelds included.

Pick a label and print it. Drag the slider to feed it by hand. These are the real layouts, at the real sizes, with barcodes that scan.
Place the elements you need: title, ingredients, allergy advice, nutrition, batch, dates, barcodes. Set them to the millimetre, preview with real data, hit Publish. Every line prints the new version from the next label on.
Product, quantity, who was signed in, which printer, batch and dates, for every print on every line. Pick a day, search a product, export it when the auditor asks.
Every printer has Ethernet built in. Run a cable to the switch, give it a fixed IP or let DHCP do it. Wi-Fi is there as an option when a cable cannot reach.
Load the roll and ribbon, run media calibration from the printer's panel. It learns the gap and the label length. You do this when you change stock, not every shift.
Your templates, products and printers are already in your account. We build them before the printer arrives. Pick the label, set the quantity, print.
The Dill app runs on iOS and Android. A picker on a handheld, a team lead on an iPad at the end of the line, a supervisor on their phone in goods in. Everyone sees the same printers and the same templates.
