Stores and label stock

A store can only print an item once you send it there. You can also see how many labels each store has left.

1

Send items to stores

Click Home, then My Items.

  1. Tick the items, then Distribute to Locations

Tick as many as you like.

  2. Tick the stores and click Distribute

Search or filter if you have lots of stores. The box at the top ticks all of them.

2

Take items off a store

Two ways, both from the Home menu.

  1. From My Items

Tick the items and click Unassign from Locations, then choose the stores.

  2. From one store's list

Open View Site Labels (next task) and click Remove on the row. It goes straight away, with no "are you sure". The item stays in My Items.

3

See what a store has

Click Home, then View Site Labels under My Locations.

  1. Open View Site Labels

  2. Click the orange button next to the store

The page is called View Items.

  3. Check its labels

You see every label at that store, with its category and type.

4

Check label stock

Click Home, then View Label Stock under My Locations.

  1. Read the number for each store

It shows how many labels the store has left. Stores with two kinds of roll show a (ppds) line and a (safety) line.

  2. Red means order more

The store has hit its low-stock limit (1,000 labels unless we've set a different one). Green is fine.

5

Order more labels

Click Home, then Label Supplies under Marketplace.

  1. Click the roll you need

Each card shows the size and type: Permanent, Peelable, Freezer and more. Pick the same size as the labels in your printer.

  2. Pick a pack size for each store

The table shows the price per 1,000 labels. The smallest order is a pack of 5 rolls.

  3. Proceed to Checkout and check the addresses

Then click Pay Now to pay by card, or Place Order if you're on invoice (the invoice arrives by email within 24 hours). Delivery takes about 5 working days.
